The Path Forward

Clarify

Understand what truly matters to you. What’s working for you, what isn’t, what’s getting in your way and how to handle it.

Explore

Imagine, investigate, experience. Name what matters now. Start to sense what feels right.

Design

Create a plan for a life, and work, that fit.

“What fit at 25 may not fit at 50. It’s natural to want something else.”

You sense there is more to life than just holding it all together.

You know what you don’t want, but not yet what you do.

Hi, I’m Regan,

A dozen years ago, I found myself at a professional and personal crossroads. Not knowing quite what to do, I decided to change professions and do something “practical and creative”. Armed only with this vague indicator, I took a wrong turn, then stumbled on the right one for me.The journey led me to my true calling, and became a certified life and career coach.

Today I help midlife professionals in transition cut through the fog and doubt find their way toward a more meaningful, confident and purposeful next chapter.
